Data processed for the purposes of managing the relationship between the customer and Gravor is retained by the company for 10 years. This period is explained by Article L. 123-22 paragraph 2 of the French Commercial Code, which requires customer and supplier invoices to be kept for 10 years. At the end of this period, they are deleted from all media and backups.
